Duty of care
The duty stays with you. The evidence should not be your problem.
Under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 s.34 the duty of care sits with whoever produced the waste, and no broker can take it off you. What we can do is make it straightforward to discharge, and keep the paperwork that proves you did.
