For business

Order now, settle on terms.

Apply online, get a decision from a human in about a day, then book the way everyone else does — billed to the account instead of a card.

Which are you

Two different things get called a trade account.

One is a price and a date. The other is credit, a statement and reporting. Most waste sites offer one form for both, and it fits neither — so here is the fork.

Trade

Sole trader, small builder, one van

A price and a delivery date, today.

  • No application, no credit check, nothing to be approved for.
  • Card at checkout, and the transfer note emailed the same day.
  • The price you see is the price — no membership, no discount tier to unlock.

Business

Multi-site, contractor, managing agent, FM

Terms, one statement, and figures your finance team can reconcile.

  • Agreed payment terms, so your team books without a card.
  • One statement per period covering every site and every job.
  • Your purchase orders on the paperwork, and the records kept for you.

The terms

These are the terms. All of them.

Not “terms by arrangement”. This is the full list of what can be agreed, so you can tell before you apply whether it fits how you pay.

Every payment term that can be agreed on an account, and what each one means
TermWhen it is due
Pay in advanceSettled before the container goes out. No credit check needed.
Net 7 daysSeven days from the statement date.
Net 14 daysFourteen days from the statement date.
Net 30 daysThirty days from the statement date, whenever in the month it lands.
30 days end of monthThe usual opening term: UsualThirty days from the end of the month the statement covers, so everything in a month settles on one date.

New accounts usually open on 30 days end of month. Which one you are offered depends on the credit check and on how much you expect to spend — and whatever it is, it is confirmed in writing before you order against it.

Getting set up

Four steps, and you can start the first one now.

No sales call in the middle of it, and no part of it that only works on a weekday afternoon.

    You

No phone call, and nothing in the post

Opening a trade account normally means being free at the same time as somebody else — twice. Once to ask for the forms, once to go through them.

You can fill this in at half past six in the evening and have your reference before you close the tab.

Apply

Apply for an account.

Fields marked * are required. The Companies House number is optional but speeds the credit check up, because it is the thing we would otherwise have to look up.

What we do with it
It goes straight into our review queue. Nothing is stored on this website — the account lives in our own platform, which is where your statements come from.
What you get back
A reference immediately, on screen. Then a decision, usually within one working day.
If you have already applied
Sending it twice will not create a second application — we will show you the one we already have.

The paperwork

This is what arrives at the end of the month.

Everyone says “one simple invoice”. Nobody shows you one, so here is the layout — the same document our system generates, with the figures left out.

The shape of a statement's lines: each job is a row, with its site beneath it, and any extra charge indented under the job that caused it. No figures are shown — this is a layout, not a statement that was issued.

The layout of a real statement, with the figures left out — nothing here is a document that was issued to anybody.
  1. Its own reference

Each statement has one, and it is what you quote if you ever need to ask about it. Not a job number — the statement's own.

  2. The period it covers, and the date it is due

The due date is worked out from the terms you agreed, not from a fixed thirty days. Statements are issued weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly — monthly unless you ask for something else, on the 1st.

  3. Your purchase order, handled either way

One framework PO covering everything prints once, up here. If each job carries its own, they are tagged on the lines instead so your AP team can apportion them. You do not have to tell us which regime you use — the statement follows what the orders did.

  4. One row per job, with its site under it

Grouped by the job's reference, captioned with the site, the PO and the delivery date. That is how you find the four skips that went to one address without reading the whole page.

  5. Extras nest under the job that caused them

An overweight charge or an amendment sits indented beneath its own job with a note saying what it was for, rather than appearing as a separate line you have to go and identify.

Not approved for credit? You can still order today.

A new company with no filed accounts is not a company we will not deal with — it is a company we cannot credit-check yet. Everything else is unchanged: the same booking form, the same prices, the same waste transfer note, the same records kept for you. You pay by card when you book instead of at the end of the month.

We can also open the account on pay in advance terms straight away, so your team can order against it without a card, and revisit the limit once there is some trading history to look at.

  • Same prices — there is no pay-as-you-go surcharge.
  • Same transfer notes and duty-of-care paperwork.
  • Same suppliers, same lead times, same site.
  • Nothing to re-do later: applying for terms afterwards does not move your history.

Questions

Common questions

Do I need an account to book a skip?
No. Everything on this site can be booked and paid for without one, and you get exactly the same paperwork either way. An account changes when you pay, not what you get.
How long does the application take to approve?
Usually one working day. A person reads it and runs a credit check, and we would rather tell you that than promise an instant decision and then keep you waiting.
What if we don't qualify for credit?
Then you can still order — pay-as-you-go, same site, same prices, same transfer notes. We can also open the account on pay-in-advance terms and revisit it once there is some trading history.
Can we put a purchase order on each job?
Yes, and the statement adapts to how you work. One framework PO covering everything is printed once at the top; if every job has its own, they are tagged line by line so your AP team can apportion them.
How often will we get a statement?
Monthly by default, on the 1st. Weekly, fortnightly and quarterly are all available if that suits your accounting cycle better — it is set per account.
Who is the account with?
Us. We arrange the work with licensed local suppliers, but you have one account, one statement and one number to ring — you never open accounts with the operators who turn up.
